FRA approves capital increase for Medical Packaging Company

ArabFinance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) approved an issued capital raise for Medical Packaging Company (MEPA), according to a bourse disclosure on January 12th.

The issued capital will be increased by EGP 62 million through the issuance of 310 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 0.20 per share.

Accordingly, the company’s issued capital will be increased to EGP 131 million over 655 million shares.
