Orascom Construction, Eagle Hills cooperate on EGP 1.9B Soul Luxury Beach Resort’s 1st phase

Arab Finance: Orascom Construction Plc has inked an EGP 1.9 billion contract with Eagle Hills Properties to build the first phase of Soul Luxury Beach Resort on the North Coast, according to a press release.
Under the contract, the construction of parcels 3 and 4 is set to be complete within phase 1A of the resort in 1,020 days.
This project highlights Orascom Construction's leadership in establishing major projects in the North Coast, like Al Alamein Hotel and the Marassi Marina Yacht Club.
“We are proud to build on our longstanding partnership and collaborate on Soul Luxury Beach Resort. This is an exciting new project that will be a major contributor to the development of Egypt’s North Coast and tourism sector,” CEO of Orascom Construction Osama Bishai said.
Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Eagle Hills Properties, commented: “Together, we will work on bringing the Soul Luxury Beach Resort to life. Our main focus will be on constructing this project with efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards”.
