Palm Hills denies presence of squatters in its North Coast lands

Arab Finance: Palm Hills Development Company (PHDC) denied the presence of squatters in any land owned by the company in the North Coast, as per a disclosure on August 30^th.

This came after media outlets published news claiming that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning obliges Palm Hills to pay compensation for squatters occupying 27.46-feddan underdeveloped plot of land owned by the firm in Sidi Abdel Rahman area, Matrouh.
