ADIB Egypt sees 21% YoY higher consolidated profits in H1 2026

Arab Finance: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB Egypt) recorded 21% year-on-year (YoY) higher consolidated net profits attributable to the shareholders during the first half (H1) of 2026, according to the financial results.

Consolidated profits jumped to EGP 7.536 billion at the end of June 2026 from EGP 6.225 billion.  

However, basic earnings per share (EPS) declined to EGP 4.98 in H1 2026 from EGP 7.43 in H1 2025.

Total net income amounted to EGP 29.117 billion in the first six months of 2026, an annual leap from EGP 23.361 billion.

As for the standalone business, net profits after tax increased to EGP 7.339 billion in H1 2026 from EGP 6.037 billion the same period a year earlier, while total income soared to EGP 28.665 billion from EGP 22.993 billion.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, consolidated net profits attributed to the bank increased by 20.51% YoY to EGP 3.654 billion from EGP 3.032 billion.
