Alexandria Container sees 16% YoY higher profits in 9 months

Arab Finance: The net profits after tax of Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Company climbed by 16% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 5.725 billion in the first nine months of 2026 from EGP 4.951 billion, according to the unaudited financial results.

Revenues increased by 7% to EGP 6.772 billion at the end of September 2026 from EGP 6.340 billion in the year-ago period.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, the EGX-listed company posted 18% YoY higher profits after tax at EGP 3.798 billion, compared to EGP 3.21 billion.
