Arab Finance: Telecom Egypt announced a dividend distribution of EGP 1.5 per share for 2025, according to an emailed statement.
The company will pay the dividends on April 30th, with shareholders of a record date until April 27th entitled to the disbursement.
The EGX-listed group posted consolidated net profits attributable to shareholders worth EGP 22.554 billion in 2025, reflecting an annual surge of 123.354% from EGP 10.098 billion.
Meanwhile, the standalone net profits reached EGP 5.723 billion at the end of December 2025, up year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 2.786 billion.
Since 1998, the joint stock company has provided public communications and associated products and services. It is the first integrated telecom operator in Egypt.
It provides its customers with all landline voice communication services, high-speed internet services, and mobile phone services, in addition to its long history in serving the Egyptian market that extends for more than 160 years.
