Arab Finance: The Iraqi Ministry of Health is currently discussing setting up and revamping 12 hospitals in Iraq with Egyptian construction firms, with total investments of $480 million, two Egyptian sources told Asharq Business.
A delegation of eight officials from the Iraqi ministry is currently in Egypt to discuss the eligibility of Egyptian contracting firms, including Arab Contractors and Concrete Plus for Engineering and Construction, to present technical and financial offers for the construction of a number of hospitals in Iraq, one source said.
Moreover, CEO of Concrete Plus Tarek Youssef said that a contracting firm is currently being established in Iraq
He also added that his company had submitted a technical offer for the construction of hospitals affiliated to the Iraqi government.
