Emaar Misr opens EGP 5B hotel in North Coast
Updated 8/20/2023 9:43:00 AMArab Finance: Emaar Misr for Development (EMFD) has opened Address Beach Resort Marassi in the North Coast with EGP 5 billion in investment, according to an emailed press release August 19th.
The new hotel is the company’s eighth launched hotel in Marassi, marking the second under the brand name Adress Hotels and Resorts.
Spanning an area of 86,100 square meters, the hotel accommodates up to 118 hotel rooms and 169 hotel units, in addition to 69 cabins along the beach.
“Emaar aims to develop a portfolio of 10 hotels, which represents approximately 3,000 hotel rooms in Egypt’s North Coast with an investment of EGP 26.3 billion, including both the previously launched hotels and those that are still under construction,” Founder of Emaar Properties Mohamed Alabbar.
