EGAS-led consortium to develop Gaza Marine offshore field within 2 years

Arab Finance: An Egyptian alliance led by Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) inked an agreement with the Palestinian government to develop the offshore natural gas field Gaza Marine, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El-Molla told Asharq Business on the sidelines of the ADIPEC exhibition in Abu Dhabi.

The Gaza Marine development project will be completed within two years, the minister added.

The Gaza Marine field, located about 30 kilometers from the Gaza coast between the giant Leviathan and Zohr gas fields, contains more than one trillion cubic feet of natural gas.
