Egypt restructures Chillout stations to be sold to private sector: Elsaid

Arab Finance: Egypt is working on restructuring Chillout filling stations to be sold to the private sector after concluding the sale deal of the military-owned National fuel retailer Wataniya, Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala Elsaid said in an interview with Asharq Business.

Elsaid pointed out that the sale of Wataniya, which was scheduled to be finalized end-December, will be delayed for a few weeks.

The minister’s announcement came on the sidelines of the COP28 climate summit in Dubai.
