Arab Finance: e-payments company Caishny processed transactions valued at around EGP 600 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, as per an emailed press release.

The company handles approximately EGP 100 million in transactions each month and completes around 4,000 transactions daily through its branch network.

Caishny currently operates 110 branches across 17 governorates, including 86 outlets inside traffic units. It plans to increase its network to 130 branches covering 21 governorates by the end of 2026, with a focus on expanding in Upper Egypt.

The company issues, activates, and tops up bank cards within minutes in cooperation with the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Banque Misr.

Board Member Ahmed Saeed said Caishny serves individuals who cannot obtain cards through conventional banks, allowing them to use the cards immediately after activation.

Its service points are also available across several government entities and sectors, including the Civil Status Sector, the Ministry of Defense’s affiliated outlets, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Transport, as well as the investment, local development, and passport sectors.

Caishny also runs a dedicated automotive market branch that offers its financial services and payment solutions to customers in the sector.

Saeed expects Egypt’s digital payments market to maintain its growth, backed by the state’s digital transformation plans under Egypt’s Vision 2030. Wider adoption of electronic payments could improve money management efficiency and contribute to the country’s economic objectives.
