Arab Finance: Everest Properties, a specialist in commercial real estate development and management, will launch two new office developments in the Fourth Sector of City Center, New Cairo.

With total investments exceeding EGP 10 billion, Everest will begin the construction phase of Bureau 59 and Bureau 57 at a combined area of 38,000 square metres.

The projects align with the company’s expansion strategy, as it continues to strengthen its portfolio of premium office destinations and anchor its position in the Egyptian real estate market.

Designed to meet the needs of leading businesses, the development scheme reflects Everest’s commitment to delivering distinguished commercial spaces capable of attracting major corporations and international brands.

Khaled Abdel Samea, CEO of Everest, commented: “The launch of Bureau 59 and Bureau 57 marks a new step in Everest’s journey. Through them, we continue to build on our accumulated experience in developing and managing commercial assets, with a focus on delivering business environments that combine design quality, operational efficiency and flexibility, in step with the changing needs of companies and enhancing the value we offer to our tenants.”

He added: “In the coming period, we will continue to expand our presence in New Cairo while upholding the standards of quality, flexibility and operational efficiency that underpin our approach. In parallel, we are exploring new growth opportunities across different real estate sectors, supporting our strategy to diversify our portfolio and respond to the changing needs of the market.”

Everest’s current portfolio comprises several commercial and office developments, most notably Bureau 175, Bureau 58 and Zia.

Bureau 175 marks the group's first development and its headquarters. Completed in 2015 on South 90th Street, the project spans 15,000 square metres and exemplifies a contemporary approach to office development, integrating modern design with consideration for environmental sustainability.

The development hosts a number of international and local companies, including Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, Uber, Esri and Adwia. Its flexible office configurations and specialised facilities provide a professional business environment designed to accommodate the operational requirements of companies and the evolving demands of the modern workplace.

Beyond real estate, the developer intends to establish a new project designed to address growing demand for storage, logistics and distribution solutions that respond to the operational needs of modern businesses.

Through an integrated business model encompassing development, leasing, facilities management and tenant services, Everest continues to advance its strategy of strengthening its position as a specialist in Egypt’s commercial real estate market. As the company expands its portfolio, its focus remains on developing business destinations that combine flexibility, operational efficiency and sustainability, while delivering a high-quality tenant experience.
