Arab Finance: PRE Group has launched Collage, a hotel apartment project within its Ivoire East development in New Cairo, in partnership with hospitality and hotel management company Lemon Spaces, targeting EGP 12 billion in sales, according to a press release.
The launch is part of PRE Group’s strategy to offer an integrated real estate and hospitality product aligned with the government’s efforts to develop the tourism sector and expand hotel capacity.
Spanning 20 feddans in the Golden Square area of New Cairo, Collage includes 490 units comprising studios, apartments, and duplexes. All units will be fully finished and equipped with air conditioners to allow for immediate operation and rental, with handovers scheduled to begin in 2030.
The project will feature extensive green spaces and interconnected water features, alongside pedestrian areas and underground parking facilities.
PRE Group’s strategy focuses on integrating real estate development with the hospitality sector to enhance residential and hospitality experiences and provide modern, flexible, and sustainable architectural solutions. Collage is the group’s first project in Cairo to embody this strategy.
Collage is located near ZAG, a commercial and administrative project within Ivoire East, providing residents with access to retail, restaurants, and other services. ZAG is scheduled to begin operations in 2028, two years before Collage handovers are due to start.
Ivoire East spans 104 feddans and comprises more than 980 residential units, including standalone villas, townhouses, apartments, and duplexes. The project features modern architectural designs, a luxury social club, interconnected green walking paths, and water features.
