Arab Finance: The US dollar is nearing the EGP 52.5-mark at major Egyptian banks on Monday, October 5.
By 2:14 pm, the USD hit EGP 52.38 for buying and EGP 52.48 for selling at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Banque Misr.
At the Commercial International Bank of Egypt (CIB), the US dollar traded at EGP 52.35 for purchase and EGP 52.45 for sale.
At the United Bank, the exchange rate stood at EGP 52.36 for buying and EGP 52.46 for selling.
