Egypt, Saudi Arabia sign MoU to boost cooperation in transport

Arab Finance: Egypt and Saudi Arabia penned a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to foster transport cooperation and exchange expertise in the road field,  according to a statement.

The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the TransMEA 2025 conference between Minister of Industry and Transport Kamel El-Wazir and Saudi Minister of Transport and Logistics Services and Chairman of the Transport General Authority (TGA) Saleh Al-Jasser.

It aims to strengthen cooperation in the field of road transport and promote the exchange of expertise and experiences between the Saudi Roads General Authority (RGA) and Egypt's National Institute of Transport.

El-Wazir lauded the strong relations between the two nations despite the challenges facing the region.
