Arab Finance: FutureTECH by Raya has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the American University in Cairo Venture Lab (AUC Venture Lab), according to a bourse disclosure.
The partnership aims to promote innovation and accelerate the growth of startups across technology, digital and financial solutions, retail, consumer services, and logistics sectors.
Under the deal, startups participating in AUC Venture Lab’s programs will gain access to mentorship, technical expertise, investment-readiness programs, and potential collaboration with companies within Raya Holding’s portfolio.
Both sides intend to empower early-stage startups and boost Egypt's entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem through closer collaboration between academia, startups, and the private sector.
FutureTECH is the startup accelerator of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, in cooperation with AMAN Holding.
Earlier this year, AMAN Holding graduated the first cohort of its Aman Nexus Program, a talent development initiative aimed at training young professionals through a six-month program.
