Madbouly renews Mohamed Sabry’s appointment as EGX Deputy Chairman

Arab Finance: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly issued a decree renewing the appointment of Mohamed Sabry as Deputy Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) for another year, effective September 1, 2026.

The extension marks Sabry’s second year in the position, as he previously served as Assistant Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) for Capital Markets from August 2024 to August 2025.

He also held the position of Assistant Deputy Chairman of the FRA and supervised the Trading Markets Surveillance Sector from March 2023 to August 2024.
