ODIN Investments raises stake in Egyptians for Housing to 29.95%

Arab Finance: ODIN Investments increased its stake in Egyptians for Housing and Development Company by acquiring 2.8 million shares for EGP 8.674 million, according to a disclosure.

After the purchase transaction, ODIN increased its stake from 23.56% to 29.945%.

Sigma Capital said the transaction was executed at an average purchase price of EGP 3.098 per share.
