Arab Finance: Raya Holding for Financial Investments has executed a transaction involving the transfer of 321,749 shares under its employee incentive and reward scheme, as per a disclosure.

The transaction was completed at a total value of EGP 1.178 million in line with the company’s ongoing employee incentive program.
