Arab Finance: The US dollar hit a new record against the Egyptian Pound at local banks on Tuesday, October 27.
The dollar was quoted at EGP 56.25 for buying and EGP 56.35 for selling at the United Bank.
At the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), it hit EGP 56.11 for buying and EGP 56.21 for selling as of 11:16 AM.
At Banque Misr, the USD reached EGP 56.16 for buying and EGP 65.26 for selling.
The exchange rate stood at EGP 56.21 for buying and EGP 56.31 for selling at the Commercial International Bank (CIB).
Meanwhile, it moved up to a record EGP 56.22 for buying and EGP 55.32 for selling at Al Baraka Bank.
