Arab Finance: Valmore Holding sold treasury shares representing 0.002113% of its capital on Boursa Kuwait on September 1, 2026, according to a company disclosure.
The sale followed a resolution adopted by the company’s ordinary general assembly on April 2, 2026, authorizing the board of directors to trade in treasury shares on Boursa Kuwait.
Kuwait’s Capital Markets Authority also approved the renewal of Valmore Holding’s right to conduct such transactions.
The company also said its treasury share transactions comply with Boursa Kuwait’s trading rules and Law No. 7 of 2010 and its executive regulations, which govern the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activities in Kuwait.
It is worth mentioning that Valmore Holding is pursuing expansion in Saudi Arabia and the UK as part of a strategy to generate shareholder value and strengthen its asset portfolio, which exceeds $1.5 billion.
