Kafr El Zayat Pesticides (KZPC) posted a 27.6% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated net profits excluding non-controlling interest during the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, recording EGP 128.024 million, compared to EGP 100.346 million.

Kafr El Zayat Pesticides (KZPC) has reported 133% year-on-year growth in standalone net profits after tax for the first nine months of 2023 to EGP 163.792 million, versus EGP 70.267 million.

Kafr El Zayat Pesticides and Chemicals will distribute cash dividends of EGP 0.625 per share or a total of EGP 88.16 million to shareholders for 2022 on April 20th, according to a statement sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on March 30th.
