Arab Finance: Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly held a meeting with Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla to follow up on the latest developments of the phosphoric acid production project in Abu Tartour plateau in the New Valley Governorate, according to a statement on July 26th.
In the presence of the Chairman of Misr Phosphate Company Mohamed Abdel-Azim and the firm’s Managing Director Medhat Yousry, Madbouly stressed the importance of the phosphoric acid production project in the New Valley, due to its huge contributions to achieving the governorate’s sustainable development plan.
For his part, Abdel-Azim said that this project is considered the largest industrial complex in Egypt for the production of phosphoric acid as it depends on the use of Abu Tartour Phosphate ore.
The project will offer over 3,000 direct and indirect jobs, he added.
