Egypt hands over presidency of AIIB’s board meetings to Uzbekistan

Arab Finance: Uzbekistan will host the ninth annual meetings of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), the Egyptian Ministry of Finance stated on September 26th.

The eighth edition has been held in Egypt’s Sharm El-Sheikh on September 25th and 26th.

Finance Minister Mohamed Maait, governor of Egypt at the AIIB, confirmed that his country is putting all its expertise and capabilities to the success of the strategy of stimulating the private sector to invest in infrastructure.
